Continuous external spray lubrication

This lubricant conserving system is designed primarily for applying highly efficient UNIST Coolube™. But these systems can spray almost any viscosity lubricant and deliver it with more precision and reliability than any other dispensing system. A variable-rate pulse generator regulates the continuous spray of minute particles so the system coats your tool/part interface with a consistent, thin layer of lubricant. It's the easiest way to increase tool life, improve product quality and eliminate the costs of excess lubrication.
