uni-MAX® Single Line System for operations requiring a more compact, economical system

  • Modular, compact design offers an economical lubrication system.
  • Produces a continuous output of precisely metered lubricants. Variable-rate pulse generator allows for automatic, infinite repeat cycling of the metering pump from a single, dry filtered air source.
  • Output adjustable from 4-200 injection cycles per minute. Delivers 0.1 to 3.0 drops of lubricant per cycle. Standard 10-ounce reservoir more than 9,000 drops of lubricant.
  • Dispenses any highly refined lubricant including UNIST’s high-efficiency Coolube.
  • Air and liquid lubricant combine in air chamber to create a lubricant spray dispersed through 1/8-inch OD, 10-foot nylon tube. This tube is positioned by a 1/8-inch OD semi-rigid copper nozzle that precisely directs the spray at the cutting tool or work piece. Comes with a magnetic base for easy relocation and positioning at friction points.
  • UNIST Variable Orifice Tip (VOT) provides proper lubricant velocity and consistency for continuous application.
  • Operator easily controls output by independently adjusting air and liquid delivery.
  • Choice of actuation valves: manual, solenoid or air pilot for manual, electrical or pneumatic operation. Read more.
