uni-MAX® Serv-O-Spray Systems for intermittent output

  • Operates with iIntermittent air signal . Add any amount of air to atomize the liquid lubricant. An air metering screw controls the flow of air out the nozzle. Lets you adjust spray density and distance. One shot of lube per cycle.
  • Adjusts output from manual to 200 injection cycles per minute. Delivers 0.1 to 3.0 drops of lubricant per cycle. Standard 10-ounce reservoir holds more than 9,000 drops of lubricant.
  • Dispenses any highly refined lubricant including UNIST’s high-efficiency Coolube.
  • Combines lubricant and air in the patented co-axial nozzle tip. Keeps atomization and distribution of the liquid consistent regardless of hose length.  Nozzle is coupled with 5-foot co-axial hose and comes with a magnetic base for easy relocation and positioning at friction points.
  • Lets operator precisely direct spray. Spray output is at an angle approximately 11-18 degrees based on the amount of air introduced into the system. Operator controls area covered by increasing or decreasing the air and liquid controls.
  • Offers choice of actuation valves: none, solenoid or air pilot for electrical or pneumatic operation.
  • Matches your application. UNIST engineers will show you how to get better cutting and in-die lubrication. Contact us today.
