Valves

  • Manual on/off valve controls lubricant and air flow to the nozzle tip chamber. There it is precisely mixed and atomized into a lubricant spray.
  • Air pilot valve automatically controls system operation with tool’s normal operation. Choice of 1/4-inch or 1/8-inch. Manual foot pedal actuation available.
  • Solenoid valve automatically activates lubricant and air flow with the tool operation. Valves control both air and liquid shut-off and operate instantaneously when a signal is supplied.
  • Control any number of nozzles simultaneously or independently .
  • Mount valves anywhere between the tank and metering block; best results are obtained when mounted as close as possible to the metering block assembly.
  • Air pilot valve and solenoid valve repair kits available.
