uni-Roller

Coil Stock Coating

Precisely apply lubricant to your coil stock so you can produce better products faster

With a patented uni-Roller System you can apply lubricant smoothly and evenly on both sides of continuous coil stock as well as additional lube points. A fluid controller steadily injects lubricant into the uni-Roller dispenser tube. Holes in the dispenser tube spread the fluid across the inside of the perforated stainless steel roller core. The wicking action of the porous polyurethane foam or polyester felt cover draws the lubricant and applies an even coat across the top and bottom surfaces of the stock in the exact thickness you want. The system can also be set up so the fluid controller concurrently directs coolant to optional spray nozzles for spot lubrication on your equipment or in-die lubrication.

This continuous lubrication lets you run your production lines faster and turn out higher quality products shift after shift.

Best roller system for a broad range of applications

Use the uni-Roller Type S for punching, stamping, roll forming, fine blanking, deep drawing and applying protective coatings.

Ideal for thin and narrow stock

Small press windows and high-speed, short feed length applications are ideal environments for the mini-Roller™.

Lubricate at slower speeds

Run your line at less than 100-feet per minute (30.5 m/minute)? You can save even more money with the economical uni-Roller Type C.

24-hour shipment on parts and accessories

Fluid supply systems, roll covers, spray nozzles, stock guides, etc are in stock and ready to ship.
