Programmed Fluid Controllers

  • Flow sensors monitor each valve to verify that there is fluid flow when the valve is actuated (for SPR-2000 only).
  • Press Control Interface allows the SPR-2000 to interface with several standard press controllers. It automatically runs the proper setup when operator changes jobs at the press controls.
  • Pressure switch monitors for low fluid pressure. Adjusts from 3-40 psi (factory set at 5 psi).
  • Adjustable stand offers a convenient, vibration-free place to mount your SPR-2000 or
SPR-2000-JR. You can also store a 6 to 15 gallon tank on the aluminum-extruded legs. Or place a 3-gallon tank in the hole in the stand base.

mini-Roller

  • Rotation sensor provides an input to the SPR-2000 or SPR-2000-JR fluid controller based on roller rotation. Use this when an intermittent input signal is not available.

Powered uni-Roller

  • 30 mm proximity sensor detects blanks and sends an input signal to the SPR-2000 or SPR-2000-JR so it injects fluid into the roller.
  • AC variable frequency drive works in automated applications.

uni-Roller Type C

  • Double cylinder allows the rollers to float with the stock. Not available for Spring Latch units.
  • Double pump more smoothly processes large volumes of fluids. Not available on RL-18 or Spring Latch units.
  • 6-quart polyurethane reservoir holds lubricating fluids.
  • 3-gallon stainless steel reservoir holds a range of lubricating fluids without rusting, staining or corroding in harsher environments.
  • Stock guides make it easier to load coil into the uni-Roller system. Not available on Spring Latch units.
  • Sump tube works when drawing from a 55-gallon drum.

uni-Roller Type S

  • Double cylinder allows the rollers to float with the stock. Not available for Spring Latch units.
  • Stock guides make it easier to load coil into the uni-Roller system. Not available on Spring Latch units.
  • Proximity sensor provides input to SPR-2000 or SPR-2000-JR controller based on roller rotation. Use when an intermittent signal from the press is not available.
