Programmable Fluid Control
Get precise fluid control savings for nearly any lubrication application
Metalforming companies like yours waste thousands of dollars annually on lubricants that overspray or drip onto the shop floor, added cleaning costs, tool and die component wear and repair, and the cost of recirculating and properly disposing of lubricants.
Gain from 50 to 90% fluid savings
UNIST has designed a central fluid control system that monitors how much and how often lubrication flows into one or more fluid application systems:
- uni-Roller Type S coil stock lubrication
- mini-Roller coil stock lubrication
- Powered uni-Roller for blank stock lubrication
- Spray nozzles for lubing specific points
The menu-driven software guides the operator through the setup process and stores up to 60 different setups to memory. Changing from one job to the next is as easy as pressing a few buttons on the control panel. An optional press control interface automatically matches the fluid controller functions to the job running currently on the press.
UNIST offers two patented programmable fluid controllers to match nearly any metalforming application.
Manage fluid flow through multiple outputs
SPR-2000 is engineered to precisely and reliably control how much lubricant enters your roller or spray systems from up to 22 different outputs.
Control fluid flow in two-valve applications
SPR-2000-JR is an economical alternative to the more versatile SPR-2000.

"We were using a paint roller to apply the lubricant which took away quite a bit of the operator's time. The coating was uneven and this did not help the die life."
