Extended Tax Incentives for Capital Purchases
    AMT Fact Sheet

Once again the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act's increased section 179 has been extended to provide tax benefits for capital purchases. The AMT provides a fact sheet explaining the details, part of the HIRE ACT, which recently became law. The fact sheet illustrates the difference between the old 2008 law / 2010 extension and the new 2010 law. UNIST is not a tax expert but is pleased to provide this helpful resource for our readers.
